ABOUT MAXXeGUARD HIGH-SECURITY DISK SHREDDER

A Digital Storage-Media Shredder from the Netherlands.

Unlike standard data erasure, MAXXeGUARD shreds digital storage media into tiny particles—eliminating the risk of data recovery or leakage.
POWERED BY MAXXeGUARD

One Machine for Many Digital Storage Media.

MAXXeGUARD can destroy many kinds of digital storage media that are no longer used, damaged, or need to be processed securely.
IMG
Hard Disk Drive
For 3.5" and 2.5" HDDs from computers, servers, or legacy storage devices.
Solid State Drive
For SSDs and chip-based storage media that require physical destruction.
USB Drive
For flash drives, small external storage, or other portable media.
CD / DVD
For optical media holding archives, documents, or legacy data.
Mobile Phone & PDA
For legacy digital devices that can store internal data.
Other Digital Carriers
For other digital storage media that are compatible with the capacity and the device’s specifications.
HOW IT WORKS

How MAXXeGUARD's Work.

Designed by experts for high durability with ease of use in mind.
01
Digital Storage Media Inserted
Digital storage media such as HDDs, SSDs, or USB drives are prepared and inserted into the machine.
02
Cut Size Set
The operator sets the cut size based on security needs and media type.
03
Cutting Runs
The machine physically cuts the media using a hydraulic system.
04
Output Collected
Destroyed media exits as small particles for further handling per procedure.

Adjustable Cut Size.

Not all media needs the same cut size. MAXXeGUARD lets the cut size be adjusted from standard down to smaller sizes for higher security — based on data sensitivity, internal standards, and disposal goals.
CUT-SIZE RANGE
70 mm
CUT-SIZE RANGE
1,5 mm
Photo Cutting
Standard Cut DEFAULT
Suited to general digital-media destruction needs, still secure and documented.
Premium Cut
For higher security needs with a smaller cut size.
Partial Cut Option
For 3.5" HDDs, the machine can cut the specific data-bearing area — more efficient without reducing security.
MACHINE FEATURES

Built for Indoor Operations.

Office-Suitable
Designed with a low noise level, making it better suited to a work environment.
Mobile with
Wheels
Fitted with wheels and brakes to support movement across indoor areas.
Touch-Screen
Control
A touch-screen control panel simplifies operation and process settings.
Automatic
Loader
Supports destroying several media in one batch for operational efficiency.
SECURITY STANDARDS

Supports International Security Standards.

MAXXeGUARD supports DIN 66399 H-5/H-6 and ISO 21964 — international references for data-carrier destruction — helping companies run a more measurable destruction process.

UNDERSTANDING DIN 66399

What Does the DIN 66399 Standard Mean?

DIN 66399 is Germany’s national standard for destroying data carriers — and the basis for the international ISO 21964 standard. It divides destruction into three protection classes, seven security levels, and six material classifications.

Level

Beyond H-6

The higher the level, the smaller the particle. MAXXeGUARD meets H-5/H-6 and cuts down to 1.5 mm — beyond what is required.

H-5 / H-6 LEVEL

What Does H-5 Mean?

At the H-5 level, an HDD must be shredded into particles 90% at 320 mm² and 800 mm² maximum. MAXXeGUARD exceeds this standard — cutting from 70 mm down to 1.5 mm.

Unlike most machines on the market that produce random particle sizes, MAXXeGUARD cuts consistently to the same size — and always smaller than required.
